ALL guests are required to provide a credit or debit card to hold your requested appointment
time. Please note, any and all appointments booked online are requests. As a courtesy, we confirm all appointments via text and/or email. Please watch for a confirmation of the requested appointment which may contain a slightly different time in order to accommodate all Social Style Lush guests. Stylists and manicurists do their best to start all appointments on time. You are invited to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.
No call, no show policy
1st time no show – 25% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card on file as you may have missed the confirmation text and/or email.
2nd time no show – 50% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card on file. We’re sad you missed your appointment.
3rd time no show – 100% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card on file. We missed you! But our stylists/manicurists have been waiting. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed on the day of booking as well as 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a no show fee will apply.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make
every effort to keep our website and service menu updated, please note that prices and services are
subject to change at any time.
Prices do not include gratuities. An 18% gratuity may be assessed for Groupon services, bridal parties, keratin treatments, and group parties.
Social Style Lush accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Social Style Lush gift
cards, bank debit cards, and cash. Social Style Lush gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen. Donation certificates and Groupon vouchers are non-transferable.
Child safety policy
We wrote this new policy with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon. Over half of our staff are
parents themselves and understand that this can be a sensitive issue. Moving forward, we will be
implementing this new policy. We understand how challenging it is finding time for yourself. We also
understand that your "me time" does not always align with your beauty appointments.
However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them. An additional caretaker will be needed for lash, tanning and waxing appointments. Unfortunately, the salon cannot provide childcare services.
Also, young children in carriers/ strollers may not be held unless they are feeding. There will be no
running, screaming, or walking around the salon stations as there are cords you can trip on. If you
bring a tablet for your children, please also have headphones available as not to distract other
guests. Please remember this is a public space where people come (and pay) to relax. Children
under 12 must sit and not spin or pump the salon chairs. If you cannot comply with this policy you may be asked to reschedule. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Sharp objects, glass, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We cannot be held responsible for injuries in our salon as a result of unsupervised children. You will be financially responsible for ANY items and/or property damaged by children attending with you. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We write this notice without the intent of offending and hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe environment.
